Louise, our CEO has spent over three decades working in the IT industry, supporting businesses through constant change while holding firm to the values that matter most to her: care, integrity, and doing what’s right for the long term.

Her vision has always been to build a team that reflects those same values - people who are technically excellent, genuinely human, and proud of the work they do. Today, Peppermint iT is supported by a carefully chosen team of trained and certified Microsoft engineers, security specialists with advanced degrees, and trusted partners across the industry. Together, they bring deep expertise, strong governance, and a shared commitment to treating every client with respect, clarity, and care.
