Peppermint iT team

Your tools, working
as one.

Microsoft 365 is more useful when the way it’s built reflects the way your business works.

A well-planned SharePoint environment gives shared information a clear home. A useful intranet helps your people find the policies, news, contacts and tools they need. Teams and OneDrive then have clear roles alongside it.

We help turn a collection of apps into a connected working environment, with sensible structure, clear ownership and care for the people using it.

We start by listening: what gets repeated, what’s hard to find and where information gets stuck. Then we plan a practical way forward.

A well-built SharePoint system
makes work clearer.

Find what you need

Organise sites, libraries, navigation and useful metadata around how people look for information, rather than recreating a confusing folder maze.

Work on shared information

Give team documents a shared home and make collaboration easier, with version history and clear guidance on where work belongs.

Give access a clear purpose

Plan ownership, permission groups and external sharing so access reflects business responsibilities and is reviewed as people and projects change.

Reduce repeated work

Assess approvals, forms and recurring tasks for practical automation. Confirm licensing, exceptions and who will look after each process.

Connect your workplace

Agree how SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and other tools work together, so people know where to communicate, collaborate and store shared records.

Build for change

Plan governance, naming, content review and training so your environment can adapt as your business grows.

An intranet people
actually use.

A front door to your business, built around what your team needs to do.

A properly planned intranet can bring together company news, policies, staff contacts, onboarding resources and links to everyday tools. The value comes from clear navigation, relevant content and people who know who owns it.

We work with your content owners to shape the structure and plan how it stays current after launch.

Real businesses.
Practical outcomes.

Gidget Foundation Australia

Clearer reporting for important work

Gidget needed to move from PDF forms and manual administration to a more connected data collection and reporting process.

We connected Jotform collection with SharePoint, Power Diary booking data and Power BI, creating seven automated reports with date selectors and reporting by location and key measures.

Documentation, training and ongoing care supported reporting for board and government grant requirements.

Australian Writers’ Guild

A connected environment for a creative organisation

Our long-term work with the Guild included moving from a local server to Microsoft 365, setting up SharePoint and migrating data.

The work also included user and security management, a SharePoint space for board members, and Power BI reporting connected to its database.

Ongoing support and proactive improvements help the team focus on its work.

Sea Shepherd

Better structure for shared information

Sea Shepherd needed to address outdated systems, inconsistent standards and document management that made sharing and collaboration harder.

We reviewed the environment, streamlined systems, improved security protocols and optimised OneDrive and SharePoint for document storage and sharing.

Ongoing managed support brought broader specialist expertise to its technology environment.

Your Microsoft 365
questions.

How are SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive different?

SharePoint provides sites and libraries for shared content. Teams brings conversations and collaboration together and uses SharePoint for channel files. OneDrive supports an individual’s working files and sharing. We help agree clear roles so your team knows where information belongs.

Can you improve a SharePoint setup we already have?

Yes. We can review the structure, navigation, content, ownership and permissions before agreeing whether targeted improvements or a wider redesign make sense.

Is an intranet just a document library?

An intranet is a broader experience for internal communication and access to information. Document libraries can be part of it, alongside news, policies, contacts, onboarding resources and useful links.

Can you automate approvals and forms?

We can assess suitable processes and connections, including Microsoft Lists, Power Automate or other tools. We confirm requirements, licensing, exceptions and ongoing ownership before building.

Does moving to SharePoint automatically secure our information?

Security depends on how accounts, permissions, sharing, devices and governance are managed. We plan those responsibilities with you and review access as part of ongoing care.

Can you help staff use the new environment?

Yes. We include practical guidance, documentation and training around the agreed workflows, with support arrangements made clear.

What Microsoft licences will we need?

The requirements depend on your current plan and the features and integrations you need. We review those details before recommending a setup or additional licences.
